1. Planning & Design

• Define your goals: Are you updating for style, function, or both?

• Design the layout: You can keep the same layout to save money or redesign it for a better flow.

• Measure up: We measure the bathroom for our files and CAD drawings

• Choose materials & fixtures: Tile, bathroom package different colours available, fixings, showers etc.

2. Demolition

• Floor Protections: We cover all floors and carpets in your home to protect them from any dirt.

• Remove old fixtures: Toilet, vanity, tub/shower, flooring, etc.

• Check for issues: This is when hidden problems (like water damage or mold) often show up.

3. Rough-In Work

• Plumbing & electrical adjustments: Especially if you’re moving fixtures or upgrading.

• Inspections: Required if you’ve altered plumbing or wiring.

4. Structural Work

• Walls: Repair or reframe walls, if needed.

• Floors: Level the floor, install subflooring.

5. Surface Work

• Install tile or waterproof panels: Shower walls, flooring, backsplash.

• Paint: Moisture-resistant paint is best.

6. Fixture Installation

• Toilet, vanity, tub/shower, sink, mirror, lighting, etc.

• Grouting and sealing 

7. Finishing Touches

• Accessories: Towel bars, toilet paper holder, shelves.

• Final clean-up: Remove debris, clean all surfaces.
