Do you require a property inspection report on your property? As part of our team, we have a qualified Estate Agent who has carried out numerous property reports for clients. We can provide the inspection report service monthly or quarterly yearly as per our client’s requirements. As part of our report, we will give a full breakdown on the property, from condition changes from each report to items being dumping, maintenance requirements or broken glass or doors to name a few. Boiler services

After a period of time your boiler can become run down and may need to be either serviced or a new one fitted. Older homes can have the boiler in for many years and the owners should look at replacing with an up to date boiler and heating controls. Our qualified team can provide a boiler service if required. Electrical Periodic Inspection

Our team have carried out many of these electrical periodic reports for clients. Our electrician will come to the property to carry out these electrical checks. The report will give an insight into your fuse board, sockets, wiring, earthing issues, switches to make sure everything is operating correctly. Any items found in the report will then be discussed with the owner and a plan for remedy will be put in place. All items will then be fixed, and a cert provided to show all faults were fixed.

Landlord rental checks

As a landlord you want to make sure your property is being maintained and looked after.
